Staff Educators

The nursing home staff educator has the responsibility of combining their clinical expertise with teaching in order to provide staff with mandatory in-services, plus additional topics of interest that relate to resident care and safety.  The staff educator is responsible for documenting the outcomes of educational programs and guiding staff through the learning process.  The information and tools contained in this section are geared towards supporting the learning process and providing the educator with materials for programming related to pain management.
