Administrators

The nursing home administrator is responsible for the standard of care, admissions, and program management within the nursing home. The administrator may or may not have a clinical background, but generally possesses both business and management skills to oversee nursing and palliative care services. The appropriate balance of both quality of care and financial stability is the primary responsibility of the nursing home administrator. The information and tools contained in this section will assist administrators in keeping up to date on current pain management and treatment practices.
